It logs rides from every platform — Free Now, Joinup, Imbric, PideTaxi, Uber, Bolt and Cabify — plus cash, card and your own dispatch service if you add it with its commission. It deducts each platform's commission and shows your real net earnings, expenses and profit. It generates weekly, monthly and yearly reports exportable to PDF and Excel for your accountant. Each platform has a commission rate you set (and can edit anytime). When you log a ride, Taxio deducts that commission from the gross amount and shows the net you actually keep. The per-ride formula is: net = amount − (amount × platform commission). Cash and card payments carry no commission.

Gross is the total customers pay for your rides. Net is what's left after each platform takes its commission. Taxio applies each app's percentage to every ride and shows you the real net, with no calculating on your part.

Taxio doesn't file taxes for you, but it does the legwork for whoever does: it logs your income by platform and your expenses by category, and exports them to PDF and Excel by week, month, quarter or year. You show up with an organized breakdown instead of an envelope of receipts. Note: Taxio is built around the Spanish tax framework (self-employment, VAT/IVA-style reporting) — if you drive in another country, use it to track your numbers and check with a local accountant on how to file them.

No. If your fleet owner uses Taxio, they add you with your email and your account joins their fleet plan. You pay nothing — you just sign in with that email and your car and platforms are set up automatically.

With the Fleet owner plan you manage up to 4 drivers: add them by email, see your drivers on the road in real time, get a ranking and summary per driver and vehicle, and export the whole fleet's breakdown. For bigger fleets there's a custom plan.

Each driver's profile shows every one of their rides, one by one, with platform, time and amount, plus a breakdown of their shift: start and end time, mileage, number of rides, net and gross. Your iPhone also notifies you when a driver starts their shift (with the time and starting mileage) and when they end it (with net, gross and distance driven), and every Monday and on the 1st of each month you get a summary of the whole fleet. You choose which alerts you want.

If you don't cancel before it ends, the plan you chose activates (€2.99/mo or €29.99/yr for Driver). You can cancel anytime from your subscription settings in the App Store.

Yes. You can use Taxio without coverage and everything syncs to the cloud automatically once you're back online.

Your records are yours — they're stored encrypted on your account and never shared with the platforms. You can export or delete your data anytime from the app.
