These terms govern the use of the Taxio app. By creating an account and using the app, you accept these terms. We recommend reading them carefully.
1. Service provider
Taxio is a service provided by David Martín, NIF 05457811A, with registered address at Calle Ferrocarril 20, 28045 Madrid, Spain. Contact: info@taxio.es.
2. Description of the service
Taxio is a tool for professional drivers and fleet owners to log their shifts, rides and expenses, calculate their net earnings after commissions, and generate reports. Taxio is a management and record-keeping tool; it does not provide transport services or broker rides, and it does not replace professional tax or accounting advice.
3. Your account
- You must be of legal age and provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter in the app.
4. Subscriptions
- The Driver plan costs 4,99 €/mo or 39,99 €/yr.
- The Fleet owner plan costs 9,99 €/mo or 83,99 €/yr and includes up to 4 drivers. For larger fleets, we offer a custom plan (write to us at info@taxio.es).
- Subscriptions are purchased through the App Store and charged to your Apple account.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage or cancel it from your Apple ID settings.
5. Free trial
We offer a 7-day free trial, no card required. Once the trial ends, you'll need an active subscription to keep using the paid features.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Taxio for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to access other users' accounts, and not to interfere with the operation of the service.
7. Intellectual property
The app, its design, its brand and its code are the property of Taxio. The data you enter is yours; you grant us the permission needed to process it and provide you with the service in accordance with our privacy policy.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep Taxio running smoothly, but the service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Taxio is not liable for losses arising from errors in the data entered or from service interruptions. Make your own backups by exporting to PDF and Excel.
9. Cancellation and deletion
You can stop using Taxio and delete your account at any time from the app, which will permanently erase your data.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; we will publish any changes on this page. These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you have any questions, write to us at info@taxio.es.
